Dolphin Watching

Doonbeg’s location on the west coast of Ireland means that our visitors of our hotel in Clare can avail of a wide-range of maritime activities. Dolphin watching, which centres on the village of Carrigaholt in the Loop Head peninsula, is one of the most popular of these activities. Species on show during the two hour trip include bottle-nosed dolphins, grey seals and pelagic seabirds. Sunset cruises can also be arranged depending on the season and weather.
