The Lodge at Doonbeg provides two onsite fishing ponds where guests can engage in fly fish for Brown and Rainibow Trout. We can provide a qualified ghillie to offer instruction to beginners.

Guest's can also opt for shoreline fishing, again with a ghillie.

Guests may also choose to venture onto the waters of the Atlantic with a either a half day or full day deep sea fishing excursion departing from Doonbeg pier – Deep sea fishing where you will fish for Bass, Monkfish and Cod.

Full day fishing trips require a minimum of 6 participants.

Onsite fishing: Complementary 

Onsite fishing with ghillie: €35 per hour

Shoreline fishing with ghillie: €35 per hour
