We realise that many of our guests from around the world are descendants of members of the Irish diaspora who left these shores for all parts of the globe over the last few centuries. Those who return to Ireland on holiday are often interested in learning more about their Irish roots. Those staying at The Lodge at Doonbeg may avail of the services of the club's affiliated genealogists, Dolores Murrihy and Paddy Waldron , who will endeavour to trace clients' Irish ancestors and cousins on their behalf.
