Year-Round Cottage Management
The Links Cottages are part of The Lodge at Doonbeg Golf Club and as such, the Club's professional staff will oversee every detail of your Cottage, year-round, on your behalf, facilitating rentals, maintenance, and repairs. Net income will be distributed in accordance with a Cottage Management Agreement and you will be provided monthly reports.

Construction Insurance
HomeBond plus Architect and Contractor's Warranties assure coverage for construction issues.

HomeBond
HomeBond is a service provided by the National House Building Guarantee Company Limited, which was established by the Irish home builders national organization. These guarantees are only available through builders registered with the National House Building Guarantee Company Limited.

HomeBond provides three principal guarantees:
1. Protection against major structural defects for ten years (subject to the rules of HomeBond, protection to a maximum of €200,000 is given).
2. Protection against water and smoke penetration for the first two years of the warranty period.
3. Protection against loss of deposit or stage payments.

• Cable televisions with premium movie selections
• Internet access and telephone

Membership
To assure a compatible and cohesive set of Cottage owners, each Purchaser will agree that ownership of a Cottage requires that the Purchaser as of the time of closing of the sale (a) either be a Member in good standing or (b) acquire a Membership in the Club, and remain in good standing.

The Purchaser will promptly, after signing a Contract, submit an Application for Membership Privileges and the applicable deposit to the Club by date of closing.

By closing the Purchaser shall either transfer a Club Membership to the Cottage being purchased or be approved for a new Membership.

This paragraph shall survive the closing and transfer of title to Purchaser.
