Edmund joined The Lodge at Doonbeg in July 2011 following a number years spent in luxury hotels in Ireland. He is renowned for always being in good form, laughing and joking with guests and colleagues.
Edmund a graduate from Shannon College of Hotel Management (2001) has recently been appointed Food & Beverage Manager at The Lodge at Doonbeg.
