We ask that you arrive 30 minutes priorto your treatment so we can offer you a refreshment and confirm your requirements. You may also enjoy atherapeutic bath soak, steam, or sauna prior to your treatment. Please note that should you arrive late for your appointment your treatment time may be reduced accordingly.As a courtesy to other guests,the spa is a pager, mobile phone,and alcohol free area.
It is not appropriate to wear jewelryfor spa treatments. We advise valuables are not brought to the Spa, however,a locker and key will be provided for your personal belongings.A complimentary robe and slippers will be provided by the Spa. Please bringa swim suit for use in the plunge pools.
